HeatWave is supported entirely by contributions from members, their families, 4-H organizations, and other generous individuals.  HeatWave has several fundraising events each year.  Donations of any size are accepted, appreciated, and greatly needed for sound equipment, costumes, props, and other needs.  If you wish to contribute, contact Janet Kassel at 876-6311.  Please make checks payable to HeatWave.  (4-H is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit organization.)  Donations to HeatWave are tax deductible.

 Donations are needed for:

• Sound equipment and repairs

• Costumes, props and music

• Travel expenses

• Production costs

• Awning for outside performances to protect performers from heat and sun

Book a Performance

Another way your organization could support HeatWave is to book a performance.  Our performance season generally runs from April through Sept.  To book a performance, please contact Janet Kassel at 876-6311.

Fundraisers that Support HeatWave

• HeatWave sells cookie dough annually.

• HeatWave is also considering a raffle for the 2010 season.

• Coming in June, HeatWave will host an Ice Cream Social.  This event will feature all-you-can-eat ice cream sundaes and a full HeatWave performance.

• HeatWave will have a Scoopie Night at Culver’s on Milton Avenue on March 29, 4-8 PM.
