HeatWave Scrapbook

Mrs. Kehl has graciously offered to prepare the HeatWave 2010 scrapbook this year!  The format will be virtual: on CD.  Each member will receive a copy.  However, she must have photographs in order to complete this project!  PLEASE email her ASAP any photos you would like to see on the CD.  Also send her any articles about events of note that you have taken part in this year outside of HeatWave.  Her email address is kkehl@charter.net.  Thank you!

Upcoming Dates

Remember there is one more show after Richland County.  It for Catholic Charities on Friday, September 24, in the evening.  We will post more details as they become available.

We are still going to Wicked on October 10.  Watch for details for this, too.

We have a Member Activities page!!

In case you don't know, this a page dedicated to the members.
Are you performing in something
(example: school play, JPAC performance) and want other HeatWavers to know about it?
Do you have some event that HeatWave should know about?

Submit details to Janet and we'll put it on the website!

Performances Rules:

  • Arrive one hour before performance time unless otherwise instructed.
  • Wear a HeatWave t-shirt to and from every event.
  • Bring all parts of both costumes always.  Refer to the checklist given on this page.
  • Come with good personal hygiene (shower, clean hair, deodorant—but no perfume, please)
  • Hair should be out of your eyes and face.
  • The only jewelry allowed on stage are small rings and small earrings (though be prepared to take these off if they are deemed inappropriate in any way).
  • Your costume parts must not be wrinkled.  If you come with wrinkled costume parts, you will not perform.

Remember!

If you will miss or be late to a performance, you must call Janet (876-6311) 24 hours ahead!  In an emergency, call Janet's cell.
